We’re thrilled to introduce Taylor, who is nearing her first work anniversary with HOA Express. If you've reached out to our customer success team, you’ve likely already had the pleasure of speaking with her!
Meet Taylor:
To start, what is your role at HOA Express?
I’m a Customer Success Champion!
What is your favorite aspect of working for HOA Express?
Our office space! Having a window by my desk lets in a lot of natural light, which brightens my workspace. Additionally, the walking pad upstairs allows me to get my daily steps in while being productive. 🏃🏻♀️
Where are you from?
I was born and raised in North New Jersey! 🥯
What is something you do every day that sets you up for success?
Listening to a podcast during my commute sets a positive tone for the day, and preparing an iced coffee when I arrive at the office helps me kickstart my workday.
What do you like to do in your spare time? Any hobbies?
I love thrifting at local shops! Also, spending time outdoors and going on long walks at nature preserves or botanical gardens.
What is your favorite item you have in your workspace?
A photo of my husband and me from our wedding day!

- 🐱: I’m a cat lady at heart!
- 🍫: My love of chocolate desserts, including brownies, cakes, and ice cream.

What is something you’d like to learn more about?
I love watching DIY home shows and renovations. I’m excited to implement some of what I've learned and that inspiration in our new home!
What are your top 3 favorite places you’ve visited?
In no specific order, one of my top destinations is Switzerland, where I learned more about my ancestry and visited my great-grandma's home. Also, St. Augustine, Florida, where I got engaged! Lastly, Walt Disney World, where I used to work.

Which destination is at the top of your list to see next?
My husband and I are visiting Washington State this summer to celebrate our first wedding anniversary.
You’re at a coffee shop; what is your go-to order?
An iced caramel latte—yum!
Wrapping up
Taylor has been a joy to have on the Customer Success team and has already developed great relationships with our customers. She brings energy and laughter to our workplace by sharing stories about her family and cat Taquito. A friendly go-getter, she puts her all into every task and challenge to help those around her!
