Fourth quarter recap
Can you believe it's already 2024? We've entered both a new year and a new quarter—the latter of which means it's time to recap our favorite product enhancements from the past three months! And this time, we have something special to coincide with this recap post—a new "product update" webinar!

We're always busy improving our product, and last quarter was no different. Keep reading as we highlight the most notable new features and improvements below.
📝 Expanded beta page management experience
Our progress in this endeavor is continuing steadily and quickly! Last quarter, we introduced the ability to view & manage four additional page types from within the Admin Portal:
- Recipes
- Garage sales
- Community facilities
- Forum
This functionality is still in beta as we work toward supporting each available page type. There are over 20 different page types available, but this puts us even closer to supporting each one.
📺 Beta page management webinar
Since we've made so much progress on the beta page management experience, we hosted a webinar last quarter covering this topic and explaining the design rationale behind the changes! Plus, we showcased the many improvements that are made possible by building this functionality directly into the Admin Portal. If you missed it, reach out to our customer success team for instructions on how to watch the recording.
🔑 Backup sign in challenge
The new sign in page used by our next gen front ends is protected with reCAPTCHA—Google's tool for preventing bots from accessing protected functionality. This protection is invisible, but has a tiny potential to mistake a real user for a bot. While exceedingly rare, this can be a frustrating experience. To address this, we've implemented a way for a backup challenge to be shown if the initial, invisible check thinks the user is a bot.
🖋 Blog posts
Last quarter, our customer success team wrote and published a couple of helpful blog articles to check out! One describes 5 easy steps you can follow to craft an engaging announcement email. The other shines a spotlight on our "groups" feature and covers its incredible versatility. They are both well-worth a read!
